Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and globally minded Associate, Global Strategic Communications to support and enhance our internal and external communications efforts across our global markets. This role is ideal for a communications professional with 2-4 years of experience who is ready to contribute to high-impact initiatives that shape our global brand and reputation as well as employee awareness and engagement. **Key Responsibilities:** · Draft, edit and manage a variety of content including press releases, executive communications, internal announcements and thought leadership pieces. · Assist in planning, executing and measuring the impact of global internal events, including virtual townhalls, leadership meetings and employee engagement sessions. · Support media relations efforts by preparing briefing materials, coordinating interviews and maintaining media list · Support the company's global social media presence, including content creation, scheduling and performance tracking · Collaborate with country and regional teams to ensure consistent messaging and cultural relevance across all markets **Qualifications:** · Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or a related field · 2-4 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations or a related field · Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills with sensitivity to cultural nuances · Strong project management and organizational abilities · Experience with social media management and analytics tools · Ability to work independently and collaboratively across time zones and cultures · Proficiency in Microsoft Office **Preferred Skills:** · Experience working with global media monitoring and PR platforms (e.g., Cision, Meltwater) · Familiarity with internal communications platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Viva Engage) · Multilingual skills or international work experience is a strong plus · Understanding of global brand voice, tone and visual identity · Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) and design platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) **Why Join Us?** · Be part of a mission-driven, globally recognized organization · Work on high-visibility projects that influence company perception and employee engagement worldwide · Opportunities for international collaboration and professional development. · Competitive compensation and benefits package.
