Job Description

The job has two components.

Primary responsibility- writing new bonds mainly at night or early morning consisting of:

• Answering a company cell phone, and the writing of new bonds. 
• Verifying charges and Bond amounts for each defendant. 
• Meeting with and qualifying both clients and cosigners, collecting payments, signing bonds at the jail. etc.

And Second: 
Assisting in the office as needed:

• Assisting at the office one or two days a week as needed (more when someone is out or on vacation).
• That includes answering the phone, setting up new bonds, closing out old bonds, collections, motions, filing, check-ins, and various other things. 

The writing of new bonds consists of taking a company phone home and working any calls that come in during evening and early morning. I will explain this further during the interview. The pay is both hourly and commission based. The office work is a few hours during the day a couple days a week and is paid on an hourly rate. Bonds written are paid on commission. Please don't apply if your unable to work through the night 4 to 5 days a week.
