Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic and driven Field Recruiter to join our growing home care team. This role focuses on recruiting certified HHAs (Home Health Aides) and PCAs (Personal Care Aides) in assigned territories. The Field Recruiter is responsible for building relationships with local schools, training programs, and community organizations, actively attending events and engaging with potential caregivers to maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit certified HHAs and PCAs by visiting training schools, job fairs, and community events
Develop and maintain partnerships with local programs and employment organizations
Attend job fairs and recruitment events to promote caregiver opportunities
Maintain accurate records of outreach, leads, and successful hires
Ensure all applicants meet state and agency certification requirements
Collaborate with the central recruitment and onboarding teams
Ideal Candidate & Qualifications
Proven experience in recruiting HHAs and PCAs, preferably in a home care or healthcare setting
Strong local connections to training schools, job centers, and community organizations
Comfortable working in the field and independently managing schedule
Outgoing and persuasive personality with excellent interpersonal skills
