Job Description

Job Title: Financial Analyst

Duration: 6+ Months

Working Model: Will work onsite 4 days per week (typically WFH each Friday however this may vary depending on need)

Pay Rate Range: $35-$39/Hr on W2

Update:

  • 5 People are in the team and 2 are working on Implementation

  • This person will involve in large project

  • looking for a Financial Analyst with strong testing and reconciliation experience

  • Understands data and can do basic reconciliation

  • Candidates will work closely with the manager

  • Background in accounting or financial analysis

  • responsible for reviewing data and doing detailed panel analysis.

  • Will be involved in a large, manual project

  • Strong Excel sheets, pivots vlookup, spreadsheets used for tracking and analysis

  • Testing is a top priority- testing -how Finacial service work from pay preceptive (testing guide will be provide by manger-how it work with specific channel)

  • Some math calculation

  • Documenting the process

  • Will be responsible for reviewing data and doing detailed panel analysis

  • Explore to Employee Channel System

  • Handles entries related to payables and the balance sheet

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A) in accounting or finance

Description:

Duties:

  • Under general supervision, uses specialized knowledge and skills obtained through education and experience to review financial items.

  • Able to perform varied moderately complex accounting activities.

  • Ability to find solutions to moderately complex problems.

  • Prepares reports in a format that can be quickly reviewed.

  • Able to identify potential improvements to increase efficiency in workflows processing or analyzing financial information.

  • Analyzes and reconciles general ledger accounts to ensure proper classification and integrity of information.

  • Resolves or recommends solutions to moderately complex problems.

  • Performing mathematical calculations.

  • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all organizational levels. Organized, detail oriented, able to manage and track multiple detailed assignments with frequently changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.

  • Testing new systems abilities Able to create Procedures and process Flowcharts

Skills: Knowledge of:

  • Advanced accounting concepts, practices and procedures.

  • Accrual based accounting practices.

  • Accounting software packages.

  • Advanced cost allocation concepts and practices.

  • Allocating costs and evaluating the impact on financial statements.

  • Preparing surveys.

  • Analyzing financial information.

  • Performing mathematical calculations.

  • Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets and data bases.

  • Lead meetings and contribute to team efforts by ensuring all relevant information is included in the outcomes.

  • Implement changes to standard procedures when required by specific situations and circumstances.

  • Work independently, make non-routine decisions and resolve moderately complex accounting problems.

  • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all organizational levels.

  • Organize, manage and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.

Education:

  • Educational/Previous Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A) in accounting or finance and a minimum of three years of reconciliation accounting and analytical experience required

  • Note- Candidates are NOT required to be an accountant for this role
