Job Description

Description We are seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in the telecom services industry based in Los Angeles, California. The role involves overseeing accounting functions, managing accounts receivable and payable, and maintaining financial reports. Responsibilities: - Manage the complete bookkeeping process efficiently and accurately. - Utilize QuickBooks to process and manage financial data. - Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly. - Conduct annual budget preparation and cash flow analysis. - Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and financial analysis. - Adapt to new technologies and multiple systems for efficient bookkeeping. - Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. - Maintain detailed and accurate customer credit records. - Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner. Requirements - A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Bookkeeper role or similar is required, or equivalent experience. - Proficiency in Quickbooks is needed for effective job performance. - Strong skills in Microsoft Excel are needed for data management and analysis.
