Position Summary: As our Recruiter, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the talent acquisition process by managing recruitment efforts for various departments. You'll be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates while maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment for open positions across multiple departments. Create and post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and present top candidates to hiring managers. Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and the hiring team. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date candidate database and recruitment tracker. Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to better understand recruitment needs. Support candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a seamless and professional experience. Track recruitment metrics and adjust strategies to meet hiring goals. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Who We’re Looking For: A proactive individual with 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment. A team player who enjoys collaborating with others to achieve company-wide goals. Open to learning and growing within the company. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Proven experience in recruitment, sourcing candidates, and managing hiring processes. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general business tools.
