Job Summary:

Heavenly Mountain Resort: High above the sapphire-blue waters of Lake Tahoe, Heavenly is one of the most unique snow sports resorts on the planet. Whether you and your friends come to ride 34 miles of wide-open, groomed cruisers or take 1,600-foot plunges in the double-black diamond canyons, Heavenly is all about a better way of being together. We are truly passionate about our people, and we want a person who can deliver exceptional guest service by our team at night. The position reports to the Lodge Managers but also to the Warehouse Assistant Manager in charge of night operations once the Day lodge managers leave.

Job Specifications:

• Starting Wage: $20.00 /hr 
• Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026
• Shift Type: Full Time hours available 
• Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
• Housing Availability: No

Job Responsibilities: 

• Overall Lodge cleanliness, and snow removal as needed.
• Ability to attend work in harsh weather environments.
• Ability to be held accountable to Vail Resorts, Inc. policies, procedures, and performance standards, and de-escalate situations as they arise.
• Maintain a safe environment and keep location compliant with all health and safety requirements.
• We are a company that works together; throughout the season, you may be required to assist other departments as needed.
• Clean Bathrooms, common areas and kitchen for next day of operations
• Remove and dispose of trash/recycling and compost from multiple locations while upholding our commitment to zero waste expectations.
• Ability to learn and operate snow blowers as needed
• Ability to communicate with other stakeholders/departments/team members to effectively execute plans for delivery and safety.

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume warehouse, logistics, cleaning or transportation environment.
• CA state food handler’s permit.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to attend work in harsh winter environments.
• Must be able to lift 50–100 lbs.
• Must be available on holidays and weekends
• This is a evening operations at night and shifts usually end around 10pm but could go later during holiday/ high volume periods.

The expected pay range is $20.00 /hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
