POSITION SUMMARY:

We’re hiring Saturday Room Attendants at Ocean Oak Resort in Hilton Head!

If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoy creating clean, welcoming spaces, we’d love to have you on our team. At Ocean Oak Resort by Hilton Grand Vacations, you’ll be cleaning spacious, two-bedroom condos with stunning views of the Atlantic—it’s housekeeping with a view!

This position is perfect for someone looking to pick up consistent Saturday hours in a supportive, team-oriented environment while making a real difference in our guests’ experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clean assigned areas of the resort, including guest rooms, common areas, restrooms, and more
• Remove soiled linens, towels, and trash from guest rooms
• Make beds, replenish amenities, mop/vacuum floors, and clean all surfaces and furniture in guest rooms
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of assigned areas
• Follow all HHS cleaning procedures and best practices
• Provide friendly and kind service to all guests
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment
• Background check and proof of employment eligibility required
• Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform
• Preferred: Housekeeping or laundry experience (cleaning, environmental services, custodian, janitorial, room attendant, hotel operations, healthcare)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Rate: Up to $21

HHS also offers per room clean pay / piece rate.
