Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Bookkeeping Manager to join our team! In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, leading a team of bookkeepers, and ensuring smooth financial operations for our clients. If you're detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about providing exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you!

### What You'll Do:
- Maintain and analyze financial records, including balance sheets and general ledger accounts for multiple clients.
- Prepare and reconcile month-end financial statements.
- Oversee and support a team of bookkeepers.
- Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll reconciliations.
- Prepare and file sales taxes and other applicable special taxes for clients.
- Assist with special projects as needed.

### Who You Are:
- You have at least 5 years of bookkeeping experience and a strong understanding of financial principles.
- You're an expert in QuickBooks Online with 3-5 years of hands-on experience.
- You have strong skills in MS Excel and are comfortable working with spreadsheets.
- You're proficient in MS Outlook and MS Word for communication and documentation.
- You excel at managing multiple clients and meeting deadlines efficiently.
- You have a solid understanding of reconciling third-party payroll reports to the general ledger.
- You are highly professional and able to manage confidential financial information with discretion.
- You bring a positive, service-oriented approach and are eager to take on new challenges.
- You're detail-oriented, organized, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You possess leadership qualities and can effectively manage a team.
- You're a team player with a can-do attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus: If you speak Portuguese, that's a plus!

### Position Details:
- Full-Time | Monday - Friday | In-Office (Potential for Remote Work in the Future)
