Under the supervision of our Personnel Officer, the Transactions Analyst will work with the Human Resources (HR) team, independently serving as an expert advisor to the Office of Systems Integration management and staff in the complex areas of: payroll, benefits, leave accounting, and position control. The Transactions Analyst will focus on HR automation efforts (Workday), revising current HR policies and procedures in the areas of Transactions and making recommendations to streamline processes and other special projects as required.
